Student Support Coordinator

Responsibilities: Provide assistance and support to students throughout their learning journey. Manage inquiries via email, phone, and chat. Organize student resources and facilitate communication between students and instructors.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service or student support roles. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Technical Support Specialist
